Workplace MEDIATION

We support employers by providing a neutral mediation service that will enable a prompt response to any workplace conflict.  We can provide on-site or off-site mediation.  We can deliver our standard workplace mediation model or tailor a response to meet the unique needs of an organisation.  fic training in developing resilience in children.

Workplace TRAINING

We support employers to deliver training for staff in an informative and professional manner.  We can deliver some of our standard training packages or tailor training packages to meet the needs of an organisation.  Our training relates to interpersonal workplace dynamics such as stress and optimal performance, resilience building or building a positive work culture. Experience developing and providing training.

Workplace FACILITATION

We support employers to facilitate team building workshops and to facilitate interactive sessions that will support employers to align teams with the organisations strategic goals.     

CONFLICT COACHING

Formal conflict resolution options such as mediation or court, may not suit every workplace situation.  Some employees may prefer to try approaching conflict situations informally.  We can help employers and / or employees to explore different options for approaching each conflict situation, taking into account any desired objectives and the communication styles of the different parties.

PROFESSIONAL SUPERVISION

We provide supervision for Mediators and for not-for-profit counselling staff.  Other professionals may receive supervision depending on the nature of their role.
