Katelyn is a registered Psychologist and an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. She has a background in management, community development, counselling and mediation. Katelyn has a keen interest in Interpersonal Neurobiology, trauma responses and working with high conflict. Employed within a leading Mediation Service, Katelyn has developed a coaching model to help shift high conflict parties from a mediation impasse towards cooperation. She also has a background in programme development and the nature of establishing new teams.
